Two key obstacles stood out: a culture of indifference toward energy waste and a lack of visibility across their estate. Our partner addressed these challenges head-on, implementing solutions that provided critical energy insights and fostered a culture of energy efficiency, setting the stage for long-term savings and sustainability.

SOLUTION

Nando’s energy efficiency journey started with the installation of Eniscope, our globally recognized energy monitoring system used by major brands like McDonald's and Starbucks. This gave Nando’s total visibility into energy use, helping pinpoint areas for improvement. Additional tools and reports were then tailored to Nando’s needs while educating store managers and fostering a culture of energy savings. At the corporate level, Nando’s introduced an incentive structure to reward energy-efficient performance, driving company-wide engagement in sustainability.
